Leave Assistant Full Time

Job Description:
The Leave Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing emails, uploading documents, assigning cases, and assisting with audits to ensure smooth operations.

Duration: Temporary (approx. 2-3 months)

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels.
• Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Customer service orientated.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Workday, and Excel.
• Previous experience in HR support, leave administration, or employee benefits is a plus.
  

Responsibilities:

• Organize and rename emails and voicemails by team member name and ID.
• Upload and flag documents in HR systems (Workday) and personnel files.
• Assign cases in Workday Help and send initial communications to team members.
• Answer general leave questions that flow through our inboxes.
• Update payroll spreadsheets for parental leave.
• Assist with workplace accommodation audit cleanup.
• Develop a thorough understanding of and follow Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
  

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Regular in-office attendance is required.
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
