Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant role, located in Atlanta, GA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for building positive relationships with prospective and current residents, managing lease agreements, maintaining resident retention, and supporting the day-to-day leasing and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include giving property tours, assisting with lease execution, addressing resident inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration processes, including execution and ensuring compliance with property policies
• Strong skills in Resident Retention and providing excellent Customer Service to create a positive community experience
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, team members, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus
• Proficiency with property management software and basic computing skills is preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and a collaborative team player
