Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead/Senior Frontend Developer role based in Atlanta, GA. The Lead/Senior Frontend Developer will architect, build, and maintain scalable, performant user interfaces for complex web applications, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience across devices and browsers. This role includes leading frontend technical design, reviewing code, setting UI standards, and mentoring engineers on best practices in modern JavaScript frameworks and tooling. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, production-ready features. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive layouts, optimizing frontend performance, integrating with APIs, maintaining design systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proficiency in Web Development and Software Development practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and RESTful APIs to effectively collaborate with backend teams and integrate services.
• Experience leading technical projects, providing architectural guidance, and mentoring developers in a senior or lead engineering role.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade applications and the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
