Growing aerospace companies seek an experienced manufacturing leadership technician with a desire to take on managing production daily goals, compliance and safety responsibilities. ETP is a leading FAA/EASA/Boeing approved repair station specializing in both CMM & DER repair services, for heat exchangers, condensers, reheaters, oil coolers/heaters and accessories.
We are looking for an OEM lead Technician who will maintain high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, reliability and workmanship. In addition, this person will perform and understand the specifications in the manufacturing of heat exchanger cores, including inspecting and cleaning piece parts. This role supports production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety within the manufacturing operation. This person is responsible and held accountable to oversee daily production management. This is a unique opportunity for the right person.
