Lead Maintenance Technician- Full Service Hotel & Restaurant Full Time NEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform all

maintenance operations for a full-service hotel and on-site restaurant. This is a hands-on

leadership role requiring proven experience across multiple trades and the ability to maintain a safe, fully operational property.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing and

resolving a wide range of facility issues with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

•  Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance for hotel rooms,
• common areas, and restaurant facilities
•  Maintain and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
•  Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize guest disruption
•  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
•  Maintain kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and restaurant infrastructure
•  Coordinate with management on capital projects and repairs
•  Supervise and train maintenance staff (if applicable)
•  Maintain accurate logs of work performed and equipment condition
•  Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed
• Required Qualifications
•  Demonstrated experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or commercial property
• maintenance (REQUIRED)
•  Strong working knowledge of:
• o HVAC systems
• o Electrical systems
• o Plumbing systems
• o General building maintenance and repair
•  Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently
•  Experience maintaining commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment
•  Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
•  Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstration of Skills Requirement
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of required skills in an interview
• setting, including troubleshooting, systems knowledge, and real-world problem-solving across
• multiple trades.
• Candidates who cannot clearly demonstrate hands-on competency relevant to full-service
• property maintenance will not be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications
•  EPA certification (HVAC/refrigeration)
•  Leadership or supervisory experience
•  Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
