We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Health Coach with GLP-1 expertise to oversee our team of health coaches and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in both client-facing coaching and team leadership, with strong knowledge of weight management, behavior change, exercise, nutrition, and sleep optimization.

This position requires flexibility to accommodate night shifts, ensuring we can support our clients and team members across time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Oversight:

• Manage, mentor, and support a team of health coaches to ensure quality and consistency across all client interactions.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new coaches.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing feedback and guidance to the coaching team.

Health Coaching and Client Support:

• Conduct select virtual coaching sessions to stay connected to the client experience and model best practices.
• Support clients in setting and achieving health, well-being, and productivity goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Review session notes, ensure adherence to Concorde’s coaching framework, and maintain program integrity.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes, tools, and overall program effectiveness.

Team Collaboration and Development:

• Lead regular team meetings to share insights, findings, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on refining the coaching model, curriculum, and materials.

Content and Resource Development:

• Partner with the Concorde team to develop educational content, tools, and resources that enhance both the coach and client experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified Health Coach or a similar credential (e.g., ICF, NBHWC).
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring other coaches, ideally in a corporate wellness or remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of GLP-1-based weight management, behavior change, and sustainable habit formation.
• Skilled in exercise, nutrition, and sleep optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate both clients and team members.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and wellness-tracking platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying needs and implementing solutions.
• Flexible availability, including some night shifts to support a distributed team.
