Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to establish initial contact.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using telemarketing, email outreach, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Engage prospects through persuasive communication, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms with prospective clients confidently while maintaining professionalism and building long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation and business development.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling techniques that foster trust and rapport.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to client needs.
Pay: $500.00 – $2,000.00 per week
