Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team! This position is responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality service for our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
– Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
– Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (Mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
– Follow safety procedures and company standards on all job sites.
– Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled jobs on time.
– Clean up job sites and ensure professional appearance at all times.
– Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members.

Skills
– Previous experience in lawn care maintenance or related field
– Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices
– Proficient in a variety of landscaping tasks including tree care, garden maintenance, and lawn care
– Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
