Landscape Foreman

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage a team of 2-3 crew members in various landscaping projects.
– Conduct and lead installations of retaining walls, patios, lawn, trees, and shrubs.
– Operate skid steer and mini excavator proficiently.
– Estimate materials for projects and communicate effectively with customers.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping.
– Solid understanding of landscaping techniques, installation, and maintenance.
– Proven ability to manage a team and deliver high-quality results.
– Clean driving record is a must.
– Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with full-time employment year-round (not snow-dependent).
