Landscape Construction Team Leader Full Time

Full-Time Landscape Construction – Team Leader Lynn, MA ($28.00 –
$30.00 per hour) Hours 6:00-7:00 AM till 5:00 PM Are you bored with the
regular old landscape projects? Come in and find out what creativity is
all about. Project @types will include but are not limited to stone
walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens, walkways, water features,
lighting and drainage systems, heated driveways, and permeable
pavements. We will look to you to ensure efficiency and that client
standards are attained. You will drive and maintain our vehicles, train
personnel with a strong emphasis on safety and handle schedules, review
charts, and reports. Core Responsibilities: Candidate will ensure that
job quality and appearance meet client & company standards, manage all
landscape services including the coordination of all materials, people,
equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work & assist
in job scheduling. Monitor irrigation systems, identify problems or
necessary repairs, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate
party. Candidate will be responsible for confirming that all employees
are operating safely at all times including reviewing potential traffic
hazards, performing hard hat & safety gear checks, underground alert
reviews, other trades hazard reviews and performing general public
safety checks. Typical work weeks are 6 days ranging from 40-60 hours.
Qualifications & Requirements: ? Spanish speaking is a must, with strong
oral and written communication skills ? Valid MA driver’s license with
a clean record, CDL license a bonus & DOT Health Card ? 3-5 years prior
field experience in a landscape design | build company ? Class 1C/2A
Hoisting License ? Strong operational skills with compact skid/track
loads, mini excavators, and attachments ? Excellent attention to detail
? Conscientious mind, team-oriented with Leadership qualities ?
Excellent organizational and strong communication skills ? A proven
track record of project management ? Field layout and laser transit
experience ? Ability to commute to Lynn, MA ? You must be able to handle
the physicality of our work: Weather conditions, heavy lifting
(30-80lbs), and extensive walking ? This will be a fast-paced
environment, and the Team Leader must be able to make decisions
on-the-spot that would result in a favorable outcome in regard to our
