Laminator Operator – Nights | $23.10/hr Effective Rate
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (Onsite)
Pay: $21.10/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential
Effective Rate: $23.10/hr
Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | 12-Hour Continental Schedule
(3 days one week, 4 days the next, every other weekend off)

We are seeking dependable and motivated Laminator Operators to join a growing manufacturing team focused on quality, safety, and production excellence.

MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience
- Experience measuring and working with chemicals
- Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Laminator experience preferred but NOT required
- Strong attendance and safety record
- Basic math and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Operate laminating machinery safely and efficiently
- Mix adhesives according to established formulas
- Verify product specifications and quality standards
- Read and interpret job orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas
- Handle production materials and hazardous waste safely
- Monitor machine performance and report issues immediately
- Verify measurements using rulers and tape measures
- Support production goals and safety standards
Pay: $21.10 – $23.10 per hour
