Kiosk Store Manager – Luxury Jewelry Brand (Sales Driven Leader Wanted) Full Time NEW

is looking for a highly motivated, sales-obsessed Kiosk Store Manager to lead and grow our retail kiosk location inside a high-traffic luxury shopping environment.

This is NOT a “babysit the kiosk” position.

We are looking for someone who understands:

• how to drive sales

• create energy around the kiosk
• engage customers aggressively (without being pushy)
• increase conversion rates
• and treat the kiosk like their own business

Responsibilities

• Drive kiosk sales performance daily
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team
• Train staff on selling techniques and customer engagement
• Monitor labor vs sales performance metrics
• Improve conversion rates and average order value
• Ensure staff stays productive and customer-focused at all times
• Manage schedules, payroll hours, and staff accountability
• Create excitement and energy around the kiosk
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory organization
• Report weekly sales insights and improvement ideas
• Help develop local promotional and traffic-driving initiatives
• Ensure exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong retail sales management experience
• Experience in kiosks, jewelry, beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or high-volume mall environments preferred
• Proven ability to increase sales and motivate teams
• Comfortable managing performance metrics and KPIs
• Strong closer with excellent communication skills
• Hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Highly organized and accountable
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic
• Must be comfortable approaching customers proactively
