- Over 8 years of experience in North American brick-and-mortar retail operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior sales leadership role managing at least one major channel such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Target.
- Strong expertise in the textile industry, with hands-on experience in apparel, fabrics, and garment-related products.
- In-depth understanding of retail store operations, visual merchandising standards, and inventory replenishment practices.
- Proven capability to establish structured team guidelines, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members, with a focus on goal setting, performance optimization, and collaboration across multiple regions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working across U.S. and China time zones, effectively managing cross-border communication and collaboration.
