About the Role
We are looking for passionate and driven Associate Software Engineers to join our technology team in Dallas. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in software development and work on real-world applications across frontend and backend technologies.
As part of the engineering team, you will contribute to the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable applications while collaborating with experienced developers, designers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Assist in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications
- Work with modern frontend frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement designs
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues
Backend Development
- Support backend application development and API integrations
- Work on databases, server-side logic, and application workflows
- Assist in maintaining system performance and reliability
- Debug and resolve technical issues across applications
- Participate in testing and deployment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of software development concepts
- Knowledge of frontend or backend technologies/frameworks
- Understanding of databases, APIs, and web applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Frontend
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React, Angular, or Vue.js (basic understanding)
Backend
- Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET (basic understanding)
- SQL or NoSQL databases
Additional
- Git/GitHub knowledge is a plus
- Internship/project experience preferred but not mandatory
