Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhattan, NY, for a Junior Financial Analyst. The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in financial planning, evaluate financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support reporting processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing reports, offering insights for decision-making, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate financial documentation and projections.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Finance expertise to support forecasting and budgeting activities
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
• Experience with Financial Statements, including reviews and interpretations
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting and preparation of detailed reports and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a financial services or lending environment is a plus
