Jr./ Sr. Accountant Specialist – Contract Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and process A/P invoices.
• Oversee and process employee expense reports utilizing the Concur platform.
• Support the month-end closing process including preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Responsible for Sales and Use (S&U) tax filings and coordinating timely payments.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with SAP ERP and the Concur expense management systems.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Tax-related field is highly preferred.
