You will receive 1:1 mentorship from a full-time Amazonian for the entirety of your program tenure. Flexible part-time schedules during the school year and full-time employment over the summer create an environment where students can succeed both academically and professionally. In San Luis Obispo, an established Jr. community fosters meaningful connections between you and your peers.
Our team is currently looking for students to start with our March 2026 cohort. Upon successful completion of the program, the opportunity for full-time employment may be available at an Amazon corporate site.
