Our client, a leading technology organization in the software development industry, is seeking a Jr Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Jr Full Stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects and collaborative efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Jr Full Stack Engineer

Location: Rockville, Maryland

Pay Range: $50-53/hr depending on years of experience

What’s the Job?

• Develop and maintain web-based UI components to enhance user experience.
• Design and implement backend services using Java, Python, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable full-stack solutions.
• Utilize AI agents to support software development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

• Experience with Java, Python, and SQL programming languages.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including database, web services, and web-based UI.
• Familiarity with using AI agents for software development.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems such as AWS SNS/SQS, Apache Kafka, or Google Pub-Sub.
• Experience with Angular and Typescript is a plus.
