Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment according to project specifications and blueprints
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of plumbing and mechanical systems
• Perform welding tasks where necessary to join pipes or secure fixtures, adhering to safety standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and related mechanical systems
• Assist with remodeling, assembly, heavy lifting, and general construction site tasks to support project timelines
• Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work on-site
• Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites or in field service environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related trades; familiarity with construction site operations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing installation techniques including pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines safely and efficiently
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems or general building maintenance is a plus
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise installations
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for field service roles
• Carpentry or handyman experience beneficial for remodeling or assembly tasks
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards
