We are actively hiring for our SET UP Crew, offering paid positions that play a vital role in preparing and maintaining our pouring spaces and yard areas. Set up Crew Laborer (multiple) $21-22.50/hr
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Precast Setup Crew Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing molds, setting up precast forms, and ensuring all components are properly positioned prior to concrete pouring. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction or concrete work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Set up and assemble precast concrete forms and molds according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
- Install rebar, inserts, blockouts, and other embedded items
- Ensure molds are clean, properly aligned, and ready for pouring
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks before and after pouring
- Assist with stripping forms and finishing concrete as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Experience
- Previous experience in precast concrete, construction, or a related field preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
