Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Jira Admin to join one of our clients. The position will be using agile transformation to consolidate IT tools used across a large enterprise. This candidate needs to have experience researching, documenting, and implementing Jira within the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a certification in Jira. The Jira Admin will be working alongside of the Jira Architect to help plan and diagnose any issues. Then after they will need to be able to document that information and present to business leaders.
This is a fully remote role, ideally starting ASAP. The pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from 25-32 LPA

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in related field or can have experience in lieu of degree
Needs to have 3 years minimum of documenting, researching, and implementing Jira dashboards/also Jira Align
Jira Certification (specializing in cloud highly desired)
5+ years of administration experience with Atlassian tools
3 years minimum of strong documentation and presentation skills
Must be able to travel 4-5 times a year for client meetings
Jira Cloud Cert
Experience designing, scaling, and building within SAFe Agile frameworks
