JEWELRY/SALES VP Full Time NEW

Responsible for the overall execution of the division’s operations of all departments. Manage financial performance of regional retail stores to meet their objectives. Direct and coordinate the effective operations of all departments within Fred Meyer Jewelers. Champion and lead strategic change to improve the efficiencies and partner with corporate leaders to create a distinct competitive advantage and enhance the company’s position in jewelry retail. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years Fred Meyer management experience as district sales manager, , and divisional manager (not less than one year in each position); or combination of relevant education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Familiarity with retail industry terms and processes
• Ability to work within rigid time frames and resolute deadlines
• Ability to continue education, as necessary
