Butler Industries is a trusted and growing provider of professional facility management services. We’re currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Dunn Center, North Dakota as a Full-Time Day Porter.
Position Details:
- Location: Dunn Center, ND
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
As a Day Porter, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs
- Scrubbing sinks, toilets, and restroom fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
- Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and cleaning receptacles
- Dusting and wiping down offices, desks, furniture, and walls
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, windowsills, and other glass surfaces
- Maintaining cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
- Proper labeling, dilution, and usage of all cleaning chemicals
- Using equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, deck scrubbers, floor machines, and push brooms
- Performing heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Live in Dun Center, ND or the surrounding area
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass background check required for client sites
- Local applicants only – no relocation offered
- This is a physically active role standing, lifting, walking, bending and stretching.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
