Role Overview
We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle second-line technical support and own systems administration tasks. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with the discipline to maintain the systems the company runs on.
Key Responsibilities
– Resolve escalated tickets that the help desk couldn’t close
– Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta)
– Manage device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle
– Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls
– Document procedures and improve IT runbooks
– Partner with security and engineering on systems improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in IT support, sysadmin, or similar role
– Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and major SaaS platforms
– Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
– Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD)
– Working knowledge of networking, DNS, and basic security principles
– Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
