Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role for an IT Support Officer. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers and printers, and resolving IT-related concerns. Additionally, the role includes maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations and addressing end-user inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Understanding of Information Technology basics
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and associated hardware
- Knowledge of Printer Support and related troubleshooting processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide users through technical processes
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Experience with remote IT support tools is an advantage
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) or a degree in Information Technology or a related field are beneficial
