Job Responsibility:
- Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 IT specialists across five U.S. sites, providing coaching, performance management, and staffing decisions
- oversee daily IT operations to ensure all employees remain fully supported and business-critical systems stay up and running
- set team objectives, manage priorities, and ensure timely execution of operational and project deliverables
- build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to understand needs and anticipate IT requirements
- partner closely with corporate IT to align on standards, policies, security requirements, and enterprise initiatives
- review team deliverables—including configurations, testing, and documentation—to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory and security standards
- manage the IT budget, including forecasting, vendor coordination, and technology investment planning
- research, evaluate, and implement new tools, technologies, and services that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
Requirements:

- strong technical depth across multiple IT domains, such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud hosting/infrastructure, business applications, and end-user support
- experience managing a small IT team, including conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and developing talent
- ability to perform hands-on technical work when needed, with a willingness to dive deep into new technologies and complex problems
- excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, with the ability to present clearly to senior leaders and influence without authority
- a customer-obsessed mindset focused on ensuring the business remains fully operational and supported 24/7
- flexibility to occasionally work off-hours for upgrades, maintenance, or issue resolution to avoid business disruption
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- prior experience managing budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationships
