Job Summary
Responsible for managing the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and support team to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations and support activities
- Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)
- Lead and guide the IT support team
- Ensure system security, data backup, and recovery
- Handle IT issues and escalations
- Manage IT vendors, purchases, and budgets
- Implement new technologies and system upgrades
- Maintain IT policies and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 8 years of experience in IT roles
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
- Good leadership and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization
- Certifications like ITIL, Microsoft, or AWS
