Position Overview

We are hiring a Bathroom Installer / Remodel Technician to support our team in executing high-level bathroom remodels within a structured Design & Build system.

This is not a one-man, full bathroom completion role. You will work within a team environment, contributing to key phases of the build while developing advanced skill sets.

Core Responsibilities

• Demolition and site preparation
• Basic carpentry (framing, backing, adjustments)
• Shower system installation (Durock / HydroBan waterproofing systems)
• Tile installation (large format, mosaics, precision layouts)
• Basic plumbing (valves, traps, minor relocations, trim-out)
• Basic electrical (lighting, outlets, exhaust fans)
• Drywall (tape, mud, prep-level finishing)
• Finish work (trim, accessories, punch-out)

You will be involved in full remodels from demo through completion, not patchwork or service calls.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years in bathroom remodeling or related trades
• Experience with tile installation
• Familiarity with shower waterproofing systems (or willingness to learn our system)
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to read layouts and follow structured build plans

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with HydroBan or similar systems
• Experience with Durock / cement board installations
• Experience working under permits and inspections
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Transportation & Tools

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to drive your own vehicle between job sites when necessary
• Fuel is provided by the company when applicable
• Tools and specialty equipment are provided
