Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Supervisor role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Information Technology Supervisor will oversee daily IT operations, including network, systems, and endpoint management to ensure reliable, secure technology for clinical and administrative teams. This role will coordinate and provide technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, and manage troubleshooting escalations. The individual will supervise and mentor IT team members, assign tasks, monitor performance, and promote best practices and documentation standards. The supervisor will also collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, vendor management, security and compliance initiatives, technology upgrades, and implementation of new tools that support telemedicine and in-person care.
Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology knowledge, including systems, networks, and endpoint management, with experience in healthcare or a regulated environment preferred.
• Hands-on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership and Team Management abilities, including mentoring, task allocation, and performance oversight.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is highly beneficial.
• Experience with cloud-based tools, EHR or practice management systems, and telehealth platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.
