Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Informatics and IT Support Associate role based in Dalhart, TX. The associate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of hospital software and hardware, and providing technical support to staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting cloud-based systems, managing Windows environments, and facilitating effective communication between teams regarding IT needs.
