Influencer & Content Coordinator Full Time NEW

Proper Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Influencer & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team.

Position Overview

This role is focused on building and managing Proper Hospitality’s influencer and creator ecosystem while overseeing content shoots and brand moments across our properties. You will play a key role in shaping how creators experience our brand, from initial outreach through on-property execution and post-stay amplification.

The ideal candidate is deeply connected to digital culture, understands the creator landscape, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You are equal parts relationship manager and producer—able to coordinate complex shoots while ensuring every detail aligns with the Proper brand.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and creators aligned with Proper Hospitality’s brand
• Own outreach, negotiations, and coordination for influencer stays and partnerships
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across key markets 
• Track performance of influencer partnerships and provide insights on ROI and brand impact
• Partner with PR and Marketing teams to align influencer efforts with broader campaigns

Shoot Production & Coordination

• Plan and execute content shoots across properties
• Develop and manage shot lists in collaboration with Creative and Marketing teams
• Coordinate logistics including schedules, talent, locations, and on-property teams
• Ensure all shoots are on-brand, efficient, and deliver high-quality content
• Act as the main point of contact for influencers and creators during stays and content shoots
• Manage timelines, project updates, and deliverable tracking to keep campaigns on schedule

Content & Asset Coordination

• Partner with Social Media Manager to ensure content supports broader social needs
• Help organize and track incoming content and usage rights
• Manage content libraries through the DAM (tagging, organizing, and distributing creative assets).
• Support cross-functional marketing and paid media teams by providing assets and links

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Social, PR, Brand, and property teams to align efforts
• Support key brand moments, openings, and events through creator integration

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or content production (hospitality/lifestyle preferred)
• Strong network or understanding of the influencer/creator landscape
• Experience managing shoots, talent, and production logistics
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-property environments
• Passion for hospitality, design, and culture
