Industry Engagement & Narrative Producer Full Time

TribalHub is seeking a narrative/story producer interested in discovering the people, ideas, and conversations shaping an industry/community. This role is ideal for someone with a background in journalism, reporting, interviewing, podcasting, or community media who enjoys uncovering meaningful stories and turning them into engaging content and experiences.

You’ll act as the voice and connector for our community — identifying compelling member stories, leading conversations, producing content, and helping strengthen engagement across TribalHub’s network.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, research, and develop meaningful stories happening within the TribalHub community.
• Conduct interviews with members, technology leaders, and industry professionals for articles, podcasts, webinars, and video content.
• Host and coordinate webinars, podcasts, virtual discussions, regional and community conversations.
• Create engaging written, audio, and video content that informs, connects, and highlights community experiences.
• Build relationships with regions, members and solutions providers while maintaining and coordinating ongoing communication across community channels.
• Monitor community engagement and identify trends, topics, and opportunities for deeper connection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader communication and engagement initiatives.
• Organize and maintain content calendars, interview schedules, and engagement materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in journalism, communications, media, storytelling, marketing, public relations, or community engagement.
• Strong interviewing, writing, and communication skills.
• Natural curiosity and the ability to uncover interesting stories and perspectives.
• Comfortable leading conversations and interacting with professionals across a variety of roles.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media, podcasting, webinar platforms, or digital content tools.
• Experience with audio/video editing or content production is a plus.
• Someone who enjoys building authentic relationships and creating meaningful community experiences.

Minimal but some travel is required. Health Insurance is not offered or available.

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
