What Is Required (Qualifications)
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and multiple applications
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
