You’ll take their orders, relay special requests to the kitchen, and ensure everything is delivered just right. Using your excellent phone etiquette, you’ll gather all necessary details to process orders smoothly. You’ll also use our point-of-sales system to communicate and verify orders with the kitchen, making sure every detail is perfect. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and promptly deliver amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a great stay.Does this sound like you? We’re looking for someone with Food Safe and Serving It Right certification, excellent communication and guest service skills, and a team player who can also work independently. Flexibility is a must, as our schedule includes weekends and holidays as well as weekdays.
