Wage and Benefits Package

• Hourly Rate: $30–$50 (based on experience)
• Company Vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and clearly communicate with homeowners
• Follow all Massachusetts sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes
• Complete work according to manufacturer’s specifications and best practices
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues efficiently
• Document all work performed accurately and professionally using ServiceTitan
• Build trust with homeowners through quality workmanship and clear explanations

Requirements

• Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current EPA Certification
• Preferred: Current MA Master or Journeyman Sheet Metal License
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
