Growing HVAC company seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch technicians and communicate job updates
• Assist customers with invoices, payments, and basic questions
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately
• Support office staff with paperwork, permits, and filing
• Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous office or customer service experience preferred
• HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software
• Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
