Full Job Description
Join one of North Idaho’s growing indoor air quality and HVAC cleaning teams. Serving the area for over 27 years, A Nu-Look Cleaning & Restoration specializes in HVAC system cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, indoor air quality solutions, mold prevention, and restoration services.
We are seeking motivated technicians who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping homeowners and businesses improve indoor air quality, safety, and energy efficiency.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with room for advancement into lead technician, indoor air quality specialist, sales, and restoration services.
Responsibilities
- Clean HVAC air duct systems and dryer vents
- Perform indoor air quality inspections and testing
- Educate customers on purification and filtration solutions
- Assist with air purification system recommendations and sales
- Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company vehicle
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and business clients
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and physically demanding environments
- Sales experience is a plus
Preferred Experience
- HVAC experience
- Air duct cleaning experience
- Dryer vent cleaning
- NADCA certification
- HVAC certification
- Restoration or indoor air quality experience
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Occasional overtime opportunities available
