Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations. This role involves collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company objectives, offering guidance on HR policies and best practices, and managing HR systems and reporting to support effective decision-making. Additionally, the HR Manager will lead efforts to promote an inclusive and engaging workplace culture that fosters growth and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management, including employee relations and performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and ethical labor practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience in using HR platforms and reporting systems for decision-making and workforce analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
• Experience in the utilities or technology sectors is a plus.
