About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team remotely within the United States. This role will support our global Commercial organization, including Sales and Business Development functions across our Commercial Engine Services, Military, Helicopter, and Energy divisions. As a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner, you will work closely with business leaders and the HR team to develop and implement talent strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will help ensure a positive employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support business growth initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence HR practices in a complex, matrixed, and geographically dispersed environment, contributing to the success of a leading organization in the aviation sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience supporting a specific business function such as Sales, Commercial, or Corporate roles
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams or international organizations
• Proven ability to work within a matrixed organizational structure
• Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing HR data and metrics for decision-making
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer or business locations within the US
• Authorization to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic liaison between the business units and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure alignment of HR programs with business priorities
• Collaborate with the VP of HR and regional HR teams to execute HR initiatives effectively and locally
• Serve as a primary HR partner to Commercial and Sales leaders, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy development
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation to ensure consistent and compliant practices across regions
• Lead and resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and mitigate risks while balancing business needs
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and effective team leadership in a global, matrix environment
• Support change management initiatives that drive business growth and organizational transformation
• Partner with Compensation and other COEs to deliver HR programs such as merit reviews, incentives, and job evaluations
• Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve HR processes
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies
