Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and offices using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
- Assist with custodial duties related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance needs
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Experience with commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy supplies or equipment
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
