Position Overview
We are looking for a Hiring Specialist to support our hiring process across multiple store locations. This role will focus on managing candidate flow, coordinating interviews, and supporting both hiring and employee transitions.
This is an in-person role that works closely with store managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job listings across hiring platforms
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Create and manage candidate questionnaires
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct online interviews
- Support candidate selection and hiring decisions
- Assist with employee offboarding and collect feedback
- Maintain organized hiring records and candidate tracking
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be available to work in person
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
