Job Description:
SPR Logistics is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding top talent and helping to grow our team with skilled professionals. This is a Saturday to Wednesday position
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various positions.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong communication and people skills
- Recruiting or customer service experience preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
