🔧 About the Role
We are seeking a Help Desk Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues across hardware, software, connectivity, and user access.
You will provide support via phone and email while managing and tracking all requests through ServiceNow.
