Job Summary:

The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role ensures IT systems run smoothly and users receive timely, effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
• Document support requests, solutions, and user interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams.
• Assist users with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and software deployments.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and cloud services.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
