Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, with precision and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all machinery to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards.
• Assist in site preparation activities including grading, trenching, and water management tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and construction site procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently across multiple project phases.
• Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance records, and job site activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks.
• Clean driving record.
• Construction site experience with familiarity in excavation, grading, paving, and water management projects.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and construction environments.
