Role Overview
We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to source and place clinical and healthcare professionals. The role combines recruiting craft with healthcare market expertise — moving fast in a candidate-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
– Source clinical and allied health candidates (RNs, NPs, physicians, allied health)
– Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for healthcare roles
– Maintain compliance with healthcare credentialing and licensing requirements
– Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill specialty and shift-based roles
– Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders on hiring strategy
– Track and report on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 3+ years recruiting in healthcare, life sciences, or staffing
– Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance
– Hands-on with healthcare-specific ATS and sourcing platforms
– Excellent written and verbal communication and candidate relationship skills
– Comfort working in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market
– Discretion when handling sensitive candidate information
