Healthcare Operations Advisory Board Member Full Time NEW

We are now seeking a Healthcare Operations Advisory Board Member who can help us shape the future of the product and expand its reach into healthcare institutions.

We’re looking for healthcare leaders with deep operational experience who understands provider scheduling, staffing complexity, and the realities of adoption inside hospitals, health systems, and large medical groups. This person will serve as a strategic advisor to the company helping us refine product direction, validate market needs, and open doors to institutional partnerships and customers.

ShiftMedix is on a mission to reduce the administrative burden and fairness challenges of provider scheduling for healthcare teams. We help physician groups, hospitals, and specialty practices automate complex scheduling while improving transparency, equity, and operational efficiency.

Our platform is designed to make scheduling smarter and easier — from auto-generating fair schedules based on rules, provider qualifications, and workload history, to enabling shift swaps, leave requests, real-time notifications, and mobile schedule access for providers.

In this role, you may help with:

• Advising on healthcare operations workflows and institutional needs

• Providing strategic feedback on product development and market fit

• Identifying opportunities for adoption within hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations

• Making introductions to decision-makers and operational leaders

• Helping position ShiftMedix as a trusted solution for modern provider scheduling

Ideal background:

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, medical group management, staffing, or hospital administration

• Strong understanding of provider scheduling, workforce management, and clinical operations

• Experience working with hospitals, health systems, or large provider organizations

• A strategic network across healthcare institutions and decision-makers

• Interest in supporting an innovative company improving how care teams operate
