Healthcare Lead Research Assistant (Part-time / Remote) Full Time NEW

Hi, I’m Madhavi, founder of a clinical AI startup called Diagnosync.

We’re currently in the pilot phase, working closely with a small group of clinicians to refine a clinical reasoning platform. As we expand to more pilot clinics, I’m looking for someone to help identify and research high-quality clinical leads.

What you’ll do:

• Identify independent clinics (primarily Internal Medicine / Primary Care but all specialities included)
• Find physician profiles (LinkedIn, clinic websites, etc.)
• Gather structured information:
• Name, specialty, clinic
• LinkedIn profile
• Email/contact (if available)
• Tag useful signals (e.g., active on LinkedIn, interest in AI, practice size)
• Organize findings in a clean, structured format (Google Sheets / Notion)

Ideal candidate:

• Strong online research skills
• Interest in healthcare / medicine / startups
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bonus: pre-med, public health, or healthcare background

Engagement:

• Part-time (5–10 hours/week to start)
• Remote, flexible
• Short initial project (with potential to extend)
