We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist I for a full-time CONTRACT opportunity.

📍 Location: In Office (NYC) – potential for hybrid in the future!
🕘 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💲 Pay Rate: $22-24/hour (based on experience)
📅 Position Type: Contract (not permanent/full-time hire)

In this role, you will support members throughout their healthcare journey by assisting with enrollment, renewals, recertifications, provider selection, and issue resolution. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who are passionate about helping others navigate healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support member retention and recertification activities
✔ Assist with enrollment and renewal processes
✔ Provide inbound and outbound customer support
✔ Help members navigate healthcare plan options and provider networks
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
✔ Identify process improvement opportunities and report trends

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus
