Health Strategist Full Time

We’ve generated multi-million dollars in revenue in under 12 months by replacing guesswork with genetic precision — and we’re just getting started.

We’re a revenue-positive healthtech company serving hundreds of clients with our proprietary 12 Genetic Avatars™ framework, delivering an successful weight loss and program completion rates.

GeneLean360° is looking for a proactive health coach who doesn’t let clients slip through the cracks.

About the role: You’ll work 1:1 with high-achieving women (30-55) using our genetics-based weight loss framework. Your job isn’t to provide more information — it’s to provide accountability, troubleshoot obstacles, and keep clients engaged through their transformation.

You’ll:

✅ Run 1:1 coaching calls focused on habit implementation and mindset shifts

✅ Proactively check in when clients lose momentum (before they disengage)

✅ Lead monthly group calls and stay active in daily client communities

✅ Onboard new clients within 48 hours to establish accountability from day one

✅ Conduct retention calls to renew and reengage clients

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are a certified health coach, nutritionist, or wellness professional (NBHWC, FMCA, IFM, IIN, or similar)
• Have experience with habit change coaching and working with high-achieving women
• Are comfortable being direct, compassionate, and holding clients accountable
• Don’t wait for clients to ask for help — you reach out first
• Are organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (CRM tools, scheduling platf
• orms, etc.)
